On this episode, we are joined by Brother Walt Sokoll, an alumnus of our Zeta Eta Chapter at Tufts University. Brother Sokoll is a Principal with Deloitte in their Human Capital Practice and was recently appointed to the board of directors for City Year in Philadelphia. City Year is a nonprofit that partners with public schools to provide full-time, trained AmeriCorps members who support student success. During our conversation, Walt reflects on his career in consulting and shares insights into the personal and professional benefits of engaging in non-profit service, volunteering on an organizational board, and serving with the Fraternity.
